A HUGE THANK YOU to General Manager Juan Torres and Sales Manager Toni Buffey and also my buddy Deshaun for taking me on a VIP behind the scenes hotel tour of the brand new Home2 Suites in Charlotte. Besides the usual room/suite tour, elevator ride and pool / fitness&business centers, we also got to view the housekeeping laundry / storage areas plus maintenance and electrical rooms. We also saw the Schindler Controller Panel in the Elevator Machine Room but I put that part in a seperate video upload which I will post as a video response to this one.
